Pregnancy & Postpartum program
Who Are We?
We are physical therapists with advanced training in pelvic floor rehab which address issues related to bladder, bowel, and sexual health dysfunction. We specialize in treating patients who are pregnant and postpartum to minimize pelvic floor injuries, birth complications and the risk of pelvic floor dysfunction developing later in life. We utilize a holistic, all-encompassing approach and collaborate with many other Wichita maternal providers to help provide access to the treatment you deserve to thrive as a mother.
Our Services
Contrary to popular belief, pregnancy doesn’t have to be painful. Hip pain, pubic bone pain, lower back pain/sciatica, and SI joint pain are examples of conditions that are common during pregnancy. We support pain-free pregnancies so that expectant mothers can truly enjoy their time and maintain an active lifestyle, which lowers the chance of birth complications.
Pain Free Pregnancy
Our birth preparation program aims to improve hip and pelvic mobility so that mother and baby can position themselves for birth and the pelvic floor can move aside to allow for a smooth delivery. This entails learning how to open the pelvis, lengthen and relax through the pelvic floor, and properly breathe for optimal delivery.

You are welcome to come in as soon as you'd like, no internal exams will be conducted until your OBGYN clears you. With clearance at 6 weeks we can perform an internal pelvic floor exam and begin work on perineal and cesarean scar mobility. Prior to 6 weeks we can begin connecting with your pelvic floor and core and address any pain you might be experiencing.
