Sydney recently returned to Wichita after living in the DFW area for several years. A Wichita native and K-State alumna, she earned her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology with a secondary major in Gerontology before completing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Wichita State University. During her career, Sydney developed a passion for pelvic health and orthopedic rehabilitation and has pursued specialized training and certifications in pelvic health and dry needling techniques.

Sydney has a lifelong love for an active lifestyle with a diverse background in yoga, triathlons, powerlifting, and dance, which enables her to connect and use holistic movement in her clinical practice. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their sons Evan and Reed, and their two Australian Shepherds, Iroh and Koda. 

Sydney is passionate about empowering individuals to regain confidence in their bodies and achieve their health goals through personalized, compassionate physical therapy.
