Kate Morgan Kansas Pelvic Health
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Kate Morgan is a native Kansan and local Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She completed her Masters of Nutrition, alongside her 900 hour dietetic internship, at Colorado State University in 2011. Kate has more than 13 years of experience working in the dietetic field with an integrative and functional nutrition approach. Her passion is women's health through fertility, pregnancy and postpartum; as well as a deep understanding of autoimmune conditions, metabolic health, thyroid conditions, and gut health. Kate brings a deep understanding of nutrition science, genetics, food science and emotional/relational health and pairs it with the life skills of cooking and grocery shopping to help support her clients to find true wellness.

In her time away from nutrition counseling she prioritizes time with her family as a wife to her husband Blake and a mother to their three boys–whether it be camping, fishing, playing soccer or cheering on their favorite sports teams. In her free time she enjoys cooking, baking, reading, playing games and listening to podcasts on wellness and faith.

Kate enjoys connecting with her patients through humor and science to help them make connections between their health challenges and how nutrition can help support their wellness goals. She takes a personalized approach to understanding her patients and the unique needs they have while working to empower them to make the lifestyle changes necessary to achieve their health goals.

Kate is able to order bloodwork; specialized GI testing; hormone testing and more as needed for her patients.
